Step 1:Preparation for Printing
Turn on the DTF printer and the curing oven.Wait for the curing oven to reach the preset temperature.
Step 2:Graphic Design
Create or import your design using graphic design software(e.g.,Photoshop,Illustrator).Ensure the color mode is set to CMYK for accurate color reproduction.
Step 3:Pre-Printing Process
Open the DTF printing software(DTPW)and prepare the printed image(e.g.,mirroring,color adjustments).
Step 4:Printer Setup
Open the BetterPrinter APP,perform ink charging,nozzle check,and print alignment.Once confirmed,load the image,set the printing parameters,and click”Print.”
Step 5:Printing
The DTF printer will begin printing the design.No manual intervention is required—the machine automatically applies hot-melt powder to the wet ink on the PET film.
Note:Ensure the PET transfer film is consistently coated with powder for uniform results.
Step 6:Curing Process
The printed PET film(with powder)automatically passes through the curing oven.The curing oven melts and bonds the powder with the white ink,forming a durable adhesive layer.
Step 7:Heat Press Transfer
Place the PET film(printed side down)onto the target material(e.g.,fabric).Use a heat press at 150–170°C(302–338°F)for approximately 10 seconds to fuse the ink and adhesive onto the material.
Step 8:Peeling
