1. Machine Startup
Turn on the power to the UV flatbed printer machine and computer.
2. Print Head Adjustment
Adjust the print head height (5mm) according to the thickness of the printing material.
3. Image Preprocessing
Import the image into Photoshop, adjust the image size, ensure the image is in CMYK color mode, and finally save the image in TIF format. Import the TIF image into DTPW and export the adjusted image in PRN format.
4. Print Test
Place the printing material on the UV flatbed printer printing platform. Open the Batterprinter App, click “Auto Ink Draw” in the print settings, wait approximately 5 seconds, then click “Stop.” Wait another 5 seconds, then click “Clean.” After cleaning is complete, perform a line test.
5.Adjust Height
Place the mobile phone mold on the printing platform area, then adjust the printer head height according to the thickness of the printing material.
6. Printing
